    BELLA CELLA WOMEN'S CUP PICKLEBALL TOURNAMENT

    1. PURPOSE AND SIGNIFICANCE

    • Organize a women's-only pickleball tournament, creating a dynamic and professional sports arena.
    • Promote the Bella Cella (cosmetics) and Miiracel (sports) brands.
    • Enhance participants' experience through event – lifestyle – networking elements, not just competition.

    2. DATE, TIME & VENUE

    2.1. Tournament Date

    The tournament will be held over 1 day:

    • Tournament date: Saturday, June 27, 2026

    2.2. Venue

    Cobi Active Pickleball Court – Cobi Home Shopping Center (Lot DV-4, Central Road, Industrial Zone, Can Giuoc, Long An)

    2.3. Schedule

    The tournament begins at 10:00 AM to optimize athletes' performance and experience.

    The tournament features 2 categories with the following tentative time slots:

    • Level 4.5 Category:
    • Estimated start time: 10:00 AM
    • Estimated check-in: 9:30 AM
    • Newbie Category:
    • Estimated start time: 10:00 AM
    • Estimated check-in: 9:30 AM

    Detailed schedules will be updated and officially announced by the Organizing Committee before the event.

    3. ELIGIBILITY & COMPETITION CATEGORIES

    3.1. Eligibility

    • Must be a manager of or partner with a BELLA CELLA store, or referred by one.
    • Must be a Vietnamese citizen or a foreign national with a valid residence permit in Vietnam.
    • Must have at least 6 months of Pickleball practice.
    • All athletes who share a passion for Pickleball in Vietnam, are physically fit, and commit to following the Organizing Committee's regulations.
    • Athletes with a spirit of exchange, learning, and spreading their passion.
    • Must meet the skill level set by the Organizing Committee. Athletes who have won 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place at major tournaments are kindly requested not to participate.

    3.2. Competition Categories

    WOMEN'S DOUBLES – NEWBIE MINIMUM 16 PAIRS

    WOMEN'S DOUBLES – 4.5 MINIMUM 16 PAIRS

     

    • Athletes may freely choose their doubles partner.
    • The combined skill level of both players in a team must not exceed the category's defined limit.
    • Competition spirit: The Organizing Committee strongly encourages all athletes to play their best with a spirit of Fair Play above all trophies, with exchange and learning as the main goal.

    SKILL LEVEL REGULATIONS

    • Athletes registering must commit to participating at the correct skill level as defined in the tournament regulations.
    • If an athlete intentionally registers at a lower level and plays above it, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to stop the match with NO REFUND. The OC will closely monitor all matches.
    • Registering and paying the entry fee means the athlete agrees to and complies with all tournament regulations.
    • Athletes who have competed professionally or are currently or have previously taught/coached racket sports such as Tennis, Badminton, Table Tennis, etc. are not eligible to register for the Newbie category.
    • Prior to confirming registration, the OC reserves the right to internally assess an athlete's skill level and may reject registration if the athlete is deemed to exceed the defined level.
    • Skill classification: For all categories, athletes registered with DUPR or PVNA will be assessed according to their DUPR/PVNA rating.
    • Athletes not registered with DUPR/PVNA will be evaluated based on their previous tournament results.
    • For DUPR-registered athletes: skill level will follow their DUPR rating.
    • For non-DUPR athletes: must not have placed at a national-level or higher tournament in any category within the last 2 years. (Former table tennis or tennis athletes are also not eligible.)
    • Registering and paying the entry fee constitutes the athlete's agreement to comply with all tournament regulations.
    • (Please register your skill level as honestly and conscientiously as possible.)

    4. PROTEST CONDITIONS REGARDING RULE VIOLATIONS

    To ensure fairness and a comfortable competitive environment for all athletes, the Organizing Committee applies the following regulations:

    • The OC encourages athletes to register at the correct level and choose an appropriate partner from the start to ensure the overall quality of the tournament.
    • In case of suspected incorrect skill level registration: if complaints are received from 3 teams in the same group (of 4 teams), after careful review by the OC and operations team, the athlete may be disqualified from the tournament.
    • Complaints must include relevant supporting information or evidence (previous match results, photos, tournament information, etc.).
    • The OC will verify with the Referee Panel and issue a final decision based on the published regulations to ensure fairness for all participants.

    The OC hopes all athletes will cooperate to ensure the tournament proceeds in a civilized, enjoyable, and true spirit of exchange and competition.

    5. REGISTRATION DEADLINE, FEES & PAYMENT

    5.1. Registration Deadline

    By 11:59 PM on June 25, 2026, or earlier when the maximum number of registrations is reached. Athletes are encouraged to register early.

    5.2. Entry Fee

    600,000 VND / ATHLETE

     

    * Entry fees are non-refundable once the match schedule is confirmed, except in cases of force majeure.

    * Shuttle service to the venue is available (pickup point in District 7 – specific location to be announced).

    5.3. Registration Method

    • Athletes may register via 2 methods: directly through the attached Google Form link, or via Zalo to the Organizing Committee: 0775.661.301 (Miiracer Sports).
    • Please provide all required information when registering.

    5.4. Team Registration & Pairing Notes

    • Athletes may select their own partner and register as a team.
    • Athletes registering individually must find their own partner.
    • If a solo registrant has not found a partner close to the deadline, the OC will notify them and cancel their registration.

    5.5. Payment Method & Details

    • When transferring, please include the note: "Athlete 1 Name & Athlete 2 Name + Level + Category"

    7. COMPETITION FORMAT

    7.1. Applicable Rules

    Rules are applied in accordance with pickleball regulations under Decision No. 494/QD-TDTT dated 26/05/2025 of the Vietnam Department of Sports.

    All matches will be officiated by referees or supervisors appointed by the Organizing Committee. The head referee's decision is final.

    For all categories, DUPR-registered athletes will be assessed by their DUPR level. For non-DUPR athletes, previous tournament performance will be considered; during competition, if 3 or more teams in the same group file a complaint, the OC will review and may disqualify the athlete.

    (Please register at your actual level honestly and conscientiously.)

    7.2. Competition Pathway

    Group Stage ➔ Knockout Round (Round of 16, Quarterfinals) ➔ Semifinals ➔ 3rd Place Match ➔ Final

    • Group Stage: Groups are divided based on the number of registered teams. The top 2 teams from each group advance to the knockout rounds.

    Group stage ranking order:

    • Points
    • Point differential (points scored minus points conceded; all group stage matches counted)
    • Head-to-head result
    • Draw

    7.3. Scoring Format

    7.3.1. Phase 1: Group Stage ➔ Round of 16 ➔ Quarterfinals

    • 1 game to 11 points.
    • Switch sides when one team reaches 6 points.
    • No 'Win by 2' rule. The first team to reach 11 points wins (Sudden Death).

    7.3.2. Phase 2: Semifinals ➔ 3rd Place Match

    • 1 game to 15 points.
    • Switch sides when one team reaches 6 points.
    • No 'Win by 2' rule.
    • Score cap: Maximum 15 points (first to 15 wins, no 2-point margin required).
    • 3rd Place Match: to 11 points, no 'Win by 2' rule.

    7.3.3. Phase 3: Final

    • 1 game to 15 points.
    • Switch sides when one team reaches 8 points.
    • 'Win by 2' rule applies.
    • Score cap: Maximum 21 points (first to 21 wins, no 2-point margin required).

    7.4. Time-out Regulations

    • Group Stage – Quarterfinals: Each team has 1 time-out (60 seconds) per match.
    • Semifinals – Final: Each team has 1 time-out (60 seconds) per match.
    • Side change time (if applicable): Maximum 1 minute.

    7.5. Breaks & Time-outs

    • Group Stage – Quarterfinals: Each team has 1 time-out of 60 seconds.

    Semifinals – Final:

    • Maximum 2-minute break between games.
    • Each team has 1 time-out (60 seconds) per game.
    • Side change within a game (if applicable): maximum 1 minute.

    7.6. Medical Time-Out

    • If an athlete is unexpectedly injured during a match, they may request 1 medical time-out of up to 5 minutes.
    • If unable to continue after 5 minutes, the referee will award the win to the opposing team.

    8. GENERAL REGULATIONS

    • Athletes must wear appropriate attire that does not match the color of the ball (neon yellow, neon green, etc.), must comply with social norms, and must not feature offensive images or text that violates the law or infringes on the dignity, honor, or reputation of others or the Organizing Committee.
    • By registering, athletes consent to the Organizing Committee and sponsors using their personal images in media activities related to the tournament.
    • All participants must comply with the regulations set by the Referee Panel and Organizing Committee. Compete in a sportsmanlike and civilized manner. Any unsportsmanlike conduct affecting the tournament will result in immediate disqualification.
    • All athletes are responsible for their own physical fitness throughout the tournament. Athletes with pre-existing medical conditions must inform the OC before the tournament begins.
    • All athletes must strictly adhere to the match schedule set by the OC.
    • If a pair needs to be changed before their first match due to injury or force majeure, the OC will consider updating the registration. Once the tournament has started, athlete substitutions will not be accepted.
    • During competition, the on-court referee's decision is final. The OC will not resolve complaints about in-game ball situations based on camera or livestream footage.

    9. OTHER REGULATIONS

    • Court culture: Uphold the spirit of Fair Play – Unity – Friendship.
    • No-show policy: Athletes are responsible for being on court on time. After 5 minutes from the referee calling them twice, an absent athlete will be considered to have forfeited and will receive a loss of 11-9.
    • OC authority: The OC reserves the right to amend or supplement these regulations to suit actual circumstances and will immediately notify athletes. All OC decisions during the tournament are final.

    10. ORGANIZING COMMITTEE & CONTACT

    The Organizing Committee includes: Brand Representatives, Referee Panel, Secretariat, Medical Staff, and Logistics. The OC is responsible for organizing the entire tournament in accordance with these regulations.
